CEO Fellows partners with campus ambassadors and student leaders to help them develop key leadership and soft skills they’ll need after graduation.
Accepted students will receive exposure to a wide range of iconic leaders, CEOs, executive coaching and mentorship. Our goal is to help campus leaders become more self-aware, resilient and emotionally intelligent. Each participant will create a customized leadership development plan.
Who Should Apply
Campus ambassadors and student leaders. Proof of membership is required.
Students who want a head start developing key leadership and soft skills like emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and resilience.
Students who want to understand the connection between extra-curricular activities and their soft/leadership skill development.
Students who want to learn how to communicate their values in an authentic way, whether their introverts or extroverts.

Reflect on personal leadership style
Create individual development plans

Receive coaching and honest feedback
Develop relationships with other rising star leaders across the country

We are funded by the generosity of CEOs and organizations that care deeply about leadership development.
Fellows are expected to commit 2 hours/week.
Autumn 2019 application begins on June 15, 2019 and is on a rolling basis.
